When it comes to the mental health of caregivers…. it’s not great out here. (Check out this podcast episode we made discussing the current state of caregiver mental health.)
Because when you’re constantly on edge as a caregiver, it can be so hard to turn off. Not to mention all the other structural and societal barriers we have when it comes to accessing mental health support.
Re-regulating your nervous system and finding a stasis point for your mental health that isn’t constantly through the roof is hard work… and tbh, we don’t always have the energy for it.
But it’s not all hopeless. And it we need a laugh in the meantime, we’ve got your back over here.
